This weekend we ventured down to Winona and Rushford for my Grandma and Grandpa Kragness's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Matt and I had a wonderful time with our little David on his first hotel experience. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on Saturday night so we could see friends in Winona and go to church the next morning. It is always fun to return home to Winona and visit my church family there.
My grandparents had a great party at their farm. It was wonderful to see the family again, and especially wonderful for my mom to see David. She hadn't seen him in a month, so she had been going through grandson withdrawal. David was great, even with so many unfamiliar faces holding him. I think he just loved the attention.
