Finally - I'm done!!!

Today is a wonderful day - I just turned in my last assignment. I am officially done with college ... for now. It's great! I feel this crazy freedom: to run, play and spend quality time with my family. To keep me from going through paper-writing withdrawal, I am going to spend the next few months writing some stories (short and long, fiction and non-fiction). I am also going to start reading again - for fun!

Getting Around


David has been getting around the living room a lot easier. Now we have to watch him pretty close, because he is always getting into stuff. His new favorite thing is the ottoman, which he does his best to crawl under. Funny - that used to be the cat's favorite place to play.

Catch Up

Last weekend we went up to Brainerd again to see the family. There was a family reunion in Wadena on Sunday, where David was able to experience his first slide. Unfortunately it was a very weird slide - not the best for a first trip down. Oh well, there will be plenty more to come.
