Tomorrow David will be a whole 6 months old. To celebrate, we bought him a fun 6-month toy. He totally loves it. Sorry, no pictures yet. Only video could truly capture his excitement. It took him no time at all to figure out how to get the balls to come out, but we haven't been able to get him to put the balls back in yet.
Another big event for David this weekend was introducing him to greens. We started him on green beans ... which he actually loved. He made a funny face at first, but he did open his mouth again, and again, and again. He ate pretty much the whole jar in one sitting. We are hoping to get a food processor this week so we can start making our own baby food.
David also learned to play with other kids. It was so cute. During church I brought David to the nursery with a friend and her 5-month-old daughter. There was also another baby boy there, and David crawled over to touch his hand. He loves looking at other babies. Then we went to a pre-baptism class where there were lots of new babies to look at and play with.
