We have been trying to teach David that the top shelf is off limits without us. First, that shelf is not very stable. Second, the cat's tail is almost always in reach. Third, the top shelf books are a little more fragile, so we want to help him with them. I think he gets it. He understands the word "no". That is why he is trying here to look so cute and innocent.

He looks so happy! I can't believe he is doing all this stuff already! Watch out, he'll be walking soon if he's pulling himself up!
