Last weekend we headed down to Rushford and Winona again, this time for my 10-year class reunion. It was interesting to see how some people have changed ... and some people haven't. Overall it was a good time, especially catching up with some good friends.
On our way back we had to stop at Lark Toys for David's first carousel ride. How neat that David had his first carousel ride on a completely hand-carved, hand-painted carousel.
More Milestones
David is on the go ... on the go ... on the go. It is amazing to see him crawling around the floor. Right now he loves crawling after the cat, who is terribly cruel to him. Sammy will lay on the floor waiting for David to get to him. As soon as David gets close enough and reaches out for Sam, he jumps up and lays back down a few feet away until David reaches him again. Oh - David loves it. Today he crawled to me - it was so cute. He has also been sitting up completely on his own for over a week now, and he gets better and better everyday. Oh - and David is also playing patty-cake with me. He loves slapping my hands. I can't believe that this Monday will mark his 6-month birthday.

I can't believe he's crawling at 6 months, that's great! Don't wish for walking though ... better get those baby gates ready!
