We just returned from up north where we celebrated Christmas with the Andersons and the Bjerkes. David had a wonderful time, though he had way too much sugar and not near enough naps. My mom hooked up the sleigh yesterday and gave us a ride. Bells jingled as we rode through the fresh snow, and David started singing, "Jingle bells, jingle bells ..." After playing outside, some of us grabbed our suits and warmed up in the hot tub.
Now today we are resting up before celebrating with the Karlsons tomorrow. Matt is at work most of the day today and tomorrow morning for church services. David is having fun playing with his new Lincoln Logs, train mat, tractors, chainsaw, and much more. And I am hooking up my new Dance Praise game (the praise and worship version of DDR).

Oh!.........Riding on the sleigh & singing "Jingle Bells" sounds like so much fun! :)
