David's first time at the beach.

Sometimes boating can have its moments - like breaking down up river two days in a row and having to float back to the house. So we tried taking the speed boat out on Pelican Lake ... and again the boat breaks down out in the lake. At least that time Russ was able to fix it - after about 30 minutes going through the engine to find the problem. All in all it wasn't that bad. The pontoon was fixed and we did enjoy one short ride up the river. And once Russ fixed the other boat while on the lake we ended up having a great time.

David absolutely loves the beach ... any beach. We tried going out to eat on the lake and he just wanted to jump right in, and he screamed when we stopped him. He learned to scoop sand, and eat sand, and find shells in the sand. He even found seaweed and drapped it around his neck. Yes, David absolutely loves the beach!
