Brooke and I enjoyed a quick over-nighter to Lindberg State Park. We packed a short quarter mile in to their backpacking site along the Pike Creek. There were actually two sites there, and we chose the canoe site closer to the water. We found and chopped our own wood for a fire, roasted marshmallows and enjoyed some good sister time. Brittany was supposed to come too, but she had too much work to do before starting college - tomorrow!
